Review presentation →Historical US registry data found SGLT2-inhibitor use reached only 12.8% in the combined HFmrEF/HFpEF group by Q2 2023. A selected diagnostic study also found unrecognized HFpEF among people with obesity and dyspnea. The program addresses diagnostic reasoning, treatment selection and safe implementation; these studies do not establish today’s rate or predict this program’s results.
