These are proposed contributions and planning hours, not appointments, agreed fees or signed contracts. The accredited provider confirms qualifications, relevant relationships and fair-market-value compensation. A person filling more than one role must not be paid twice for the same work.
B01 · 36 proposed hours
HF specialist chair
- Adjudicate the diagnostic and treatment framework against current guidance and complete labels; review the three sessions and enduring companion for consistency.
- Agree the clinical faculty assignments; lead rehearsals and selected live discussions; resolve questions that remain after a session.
- Approve the dated clinical release after independent review issues are resolved. Maintain content independence from potential supporters.
Suggested allocation: evidence/content review 12 hours; assessment and reviewer resolution 8; rehearsals 6; live teaching 3; release/post-session clinical work 7.
B02 · 20 proposed hours
Women’s preventive cardiology faculty
- Review the women-focused clinical rationale, symptom recognition and diagnostic blind spots without overstating sex-specific treatment effects.
- Lead the diagnostic case discussion and contribute to the other sessions where the clinical question warrants it.
- Review the corresponding case decisions, source attribution and explanations, and resolve assigned clinical comments.
Suggested allocation: case/source review 8 hours; preparation and revisions 5; rehearsal 3; live teaching/discussion 2; clinical follow-up 2.
B02 · 20 proposed hours
Clinical pharmacist or cardiorenal faculty
- Review product-specific eligibility, dosing, interactions, renal considerations, monitoring and acute safety responses across the cases.
- Teach treatment and transition-of-care decisions, including the difference between starting and target doses and between indication-specific tables.
- Check the assessment answers and media statements for safety; provide source-checked responses to assigned audience questions.

B02 · 20 proposed hours
Primary-care physician or PA/NP faculty
- Test the clinical pathway against realistic outpatient visit, referral, medication-access and result-review workflows.
- Contribute to the progressive case discussions and demonstrate a feasible handoff with a test date, named owner and patient-contact plan.
- Review the cases and answer choices for realistic alternatives in primary care and identify implementation barriers.

B03 · 40 proposed hours
Lisa Zahakos, RPA-C — proposed PA educator/moderator
- Coordinate the educational case narrative, moderate the panel and audience discussion, and maintain the patient-centered teaching focus.
- Prepare and rehearse the moderator transitions, review approved narration and participate in post-review revisions and delivery acceptance.
- Keep faculty contributions, open clinical questions and agreed changes traceable to the current content version.
Suggested allocation: case/faculty preparation 14 hours; rehearsals 6; moderation 3; approved production review 9; case revision and educational follow-up 8. Existing draft development and proposal preparation are excluded.
B04 · 12 proposed hours
Independent clinical reviewer
- Independently review the final diagnostic, treatment and safety claims, source register and current labels.
- Document clinical issues with their severity, proposed resolution and source; confirm closure before release.
- Remain separate from the primary authorship role and disclose relevant relationships under the provider’s process.
Suggested allocation: full review 8 hours; resolution verification 3; final signoff 1.
B04 · 12 proposed hours
Independent assessment reviewer
- Review objective alignment, clinical answer defensibility, realistic distractors and equivalence of the live pre/post concepts.
- Review pilot item findings and proposed revisions; confirm first-attempt, retry and item-version handling.
- Recommend a defensible standard-setting approach for provider approval; do not treat the prototype threshold as an external requirement.
Suggested allocation: item/objective review 7 hours; pilot review 3; resolution and signoff 2.
What each faculty confirmation should contain
- Verified name, credentials, current affiliation and a CV relevant to the assigned teaching.
- The accepted role, deliverables, estimated hours and availability for the proposed 2027 program.
- Disclosure of relevant financial relationships and agreement to the provider’s content-independence and review processes.
- Compensation basis and written scope after provider/FMV review; record whether an initial letter is nonbinding and contingent on funding.
- Agreement about live participation, recording/reuse, approved attribution and final content review responsibilities.
Do not use a person’s name, photograph or institution as confirmed faculty until the arrangement permits it.
