ONE AUTHORITATIVE IMPORT
Use host/assessment-import.csv: three pretest rows, six required formative rows, six posttest rows. The underscore filename is a compatibility alias only and must not be imported twice. Source JSON retains the original item IDs.

LEARNER ROUTE
Start > three opening questions > three cases > six final questions > evaluation > completion. Three visible phases: Introduction, Activity, Finish. Detailed sections stay collapsed. The clinical takeaway is within the final case, not an extra completion requirement. No required media or written work.

PASSING AND RECORDS
Grade using integer correct >=4 out of 6 (66.7% rounded display). Four passes, three fails. The configured 65% threshold produces this same attainable minimum; do not set a raw comparison against rounded 66.7. The accredited provider approves the final rule. Retain first baseline answers, first case choices, every submitted final attempt with item/version data, the qualifying pass, evaluation and completion time. Compare only the three matched item IDs pre/post; full final results use denominator six. A later retry must not erase a completed qualifying record.

CERTIFICATE
This activity uses a signature-free participation-certificate layout. It has a printable template with its title filled in and blank participant, date and number lines. After completing the activity, the learner can also enter a name and download a browser-local completion record. Names, answers and local record IDs are saved in this browser and are self-entered, not authenticated. The 60-minute design target and planned 1.0 credit remain host planning fields; they are not presented as awarded credit on the PDF. No CME/CE credit has been designated or awarded. The production host must supply secure learner identity, authoritative completion records, provider-approved credit wording and certificate retrieval. See certificate/HOST_CERTIFICATE_NOTES.txt.

RELEASE AND NATIVE HOSTING
The working reference player and neutral CSV are not a proprietary myCME import or SCORM package. Complete native mapping and host acceptance, independent clinical review, named faculty/disclosures, full media listening, real phone/browser/keyboard/screen-reader testing and a timed target-learner pilot. Verify current product labels at release. Do not count optional duplicate media twice toward duration. Record provider approval, release/expiration, credit and privacy configuration before accredited launch. No grant award or hosting acceptance is claimed.
