HEART RESERVE | HR6 | Hyperkalemia in Heart and Kidney Care Version 1.0 | October 15, 2026 | Lisa Zahakos, RPA-C ENTRY AND FORMAT Start at index.html. This portable HTML reference player is not a proprietary myCME import or SCORM package. Use native platform mapping and acceptance testing. Upload all referenced local assets; do not link to temporary HeyGen or Runway URLs. The package contains final local media. ONE AUTHORITATIVE IMPORT host/assessment-import.csv has three ungraded pretest rows, six required formative rows and six posttest rows. Item IDs repeat across pre/post intentionally for matched analysis. Treat (activity, version, phase, id) as the unique key. Do not display pretest answer keys to learners. Evaluation is a separate unscored import. ROUTE AND GRADING Start > three opening questions > three cases > six final questions > evaluation > completion. Media is optional. Grade integer correct >=4 of 6; four passes and three fails. Provider must approve this provisional rule before accredited release. It is not a myCME requirement. Preserve first baseline, first case choices, every final attempt, qualifying pass and evaluation. A later retry cannot erase the qualifying completion. No written assignment or playback gate. IDENTITY AND CERTIFICATE Browser-local records are self-entered, not authenticated. Host supplies secure learner identity, authoritative completion and approved certificate retrieval. Current PDFs do not award credit. Planned 60-minute duration and 1.0 credit require timed pilot and provider designation. See certificate/HOST_CERTIFICATE_NOTES.txt. OUTCOMES Compare K1, K3 and K5 baseline with the first final attempt. Report six-item first-final performance separately from retries. Optional 60-day transfer items are separate, not validated equivalent tests. Self-report is not observed patient outcome. Deduplicate learners across formats and report each denominator, missingness and response rate. Export deidentified data for analysis under provider/host policy. ACCEPTANCE Confirm provider/faculty/disclosures, clinical review, current labels, timed pilot, passing rule, full human listening, actual phone/browser and screen-reader QA, release/expiration, privacy notice and secure completion/certificate workflow. Verify the ZIP offline, then native platform behavior. No grant award, credit approval or myCME acceptance is implied.
